- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I am and have been so impressed with Brownwood's services from the Recycle Center. I'm not sure if it falls under the same heading, but the brush and limb pick up service is awesome. We have been making a big effort over the last year or so to keep up with our property. Brownwood Recycle Center is paramount in that process. Also, making the mulch available to Brownwood residence at a discount is a great gesture. I have to pick the mulch up in small quantities and your personnel were very gracious in discounting small loads. I can't thank you enough as we are on fixed incomes and could not be doing any of this otherwise.By Kelly Burns, June 14, 2017
